Stuart & Frank

People often ask me “Who are Stuart and Frank?” “Do they work for the business?” or “Are they the owners?” In reality there is no Stuart and Frank.

The business is run and wholly owned by Paul and Diane Browning. Additional consultants, who have a minimum of 10 years experience, are drafted in depending upon specific client requirements and therefore our clients are only paying if and when they need this consultant´s expertise.

The story of Stuart and Frank is a powerful teaching metaphor for how we can either achieve successful results or unsuccessful results in our personal and/or our business lives. We could say that Stuart stands for successful and Frank for failure, but that doesn´t mean to say that Stuart is a success anymore than Frank is a failure. It would be more accurate to say that Stuart has learned how to understand and harness the power of his Success Mechanism whilst Frank hasn´t, and by default, operates a Failure Mechanism.
